Rich and succulent beef short rib is nestled in soft, cheesy jalapeño grits it turns magical when topped with Criollo Bacon Jam. It’s a fiesta for your tasebuds.

A pinch of this, a dash of that, helps bring a dish to life. Using a specific ingredient or method, can take the ordinary and make it extraordinary. When I create a new dish, I strive to find ways to make food memorable. Thanks to @mojolechonera Mojo Criolla marinade.
